Fix audit errors

Why do we need to fix these audits?

• Opportunity Splits = 0% need to be corrected so that the correct Account Executive gets the right commission.
• Opportunity Assigned to Dane Nightingale - since Dane is now the Director of Sales Operations he should not get any assigned opportunity.

How can Global Analytics help to get these corrected?

Currently we are coordinating with the Senior Sales Operations and GeoLeads team to investigate why this is happening and would like to overrule the possibility caused by mass upload in SFDC. With Global Analytics taking over the project on May 2022, an automated tracker for both processes had been created and an audit every Monday and Friday or up to the 4th business day of the following month is maintained.

How to fix the mismatches?

1. First, pull up the reports in SFDC for Opportunity Splits = 0%and Opportunities Assigned to Dane Nightingale
2. Follow the instruction inLucid chart on how to fix the errors.
3. To confirm that you have resolved the concern, click the refresh button in the SFDC report and check whether the opportunity was removed from the list.
